Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • Clients that engage us in a service or buy from us
  • When you enter your details on our website in order to sign up to our Tasty Tumpers newsletter

We use the information that you have given us in order to:

  • Complete internal record keeping
  • To improve our products and services
  • To periodically send newsletter emails about ordering/opening of Tasty Tumpers or other information which we think you may find interesting
  • To help us best care for you and your horse (if you take livery with us)
  • To allow us to contact a next of kin on your behalf if necessary

We do not sell or give your information to anyone outside of T H Chamberlayne & Son.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored at Hill Farm, Longney in a locked cabinet and on password protected mobile devices at Hill Farm, Longney and 63 Shap Drive, Worcester.

We keep all the information previously mentioned for the period of your engagement with us and six months post this. We will then dispose your information by deleting from our mobile devices and shedding paper copies. Where we have had a written contract with you this will be shredded after 2 years. All mobile devices are wiped at their end of life before disposal.
