We butcher all our pork ourselves and make our own sausages and burgers.
While we will cut a selection of joints for each of our monthly shops, we always welcome you to pre-order your pork products so we can ensure we can provide you what you would like.
Scrumptious sausage
Hand made by us, our traditional pork sausages made with natural hog casings are truly scrumptious. You’ll get 6 sausages for about £3.00-£4.00.
Our sausages are usually bagged in 6’s or 4’s, but please also let us know how if you would like them packed differently so it’s easy for you if you are going to freeze them.
Beautiful pork and apple burgers
Hand pressed, these combine our sausage meat with grated apples from our orchard when we have them or other English apples at other times. Packed in 4s they are great at any time not just for a BBQ.
*Please note that unless specifically labelled, all of our sausage products contain gluten and sulphites.
